We use it everyday, but not as a drum.
I bought this toy for my 8 month old daughter. My daughter likes to hit the table or anything in front of her, but not this drum. But I found the other use of it.

I’ve been wanting to get this toy for my son ever since he was born. My goddaughter had this toy and she LOVED it and played with it constantly- and it was educational!
